Position Summary
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Service & Reporting Analyst to join our team in Edinburgh on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in client reporting and performance reporting or data reporting within the investment management sector. Working closely alongside Skerryvore’s Client Portfolio Manager and Investment Director, the Client Service & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the co-ordination and management of all client reporting for our global segregated client base and pooled vehicles and be the main point of contact for client enquiries and internal and external client data providers.

Key Responsibilities :
- Own and manage the processes supporting client servicing. This will include being the main point of contact for client enquiries, liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders globally, and ensuring that all requests are resolved in a timely manner.
- Assist the Client Portfolio Manager, and at times the distribution team at BennBridge, in arranging client, consultant and prospect meetings, and co-ordinate all supporting presentation documentation.
- Interact directly with external client data providers to ensure timely delivery of information into the reporting team.
- Produce and disseminate high quality, accurate, compliant, and timely monthly and quarterly Fund, client, and consultant reporting, making sure internal and external deadlines are met.
- Update and fact check monthly and quarterly generic reporting materials.
- Pro-actively monitor and assist with the implementation of new data requirements arising from new client reporting requests and firmwide driven initiatives.
- Work with the Investment Director and the marketing team at BennBridge on the production and updating of all marketing collateral.

- Holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) or is working towards the IMC (or equivalent) preferred but not compulsory.
