BFMG is a minority shareholder in Skerryvore Asset Management (Skerryvore) and provides distribution and operational services to Skerryvore.
The ownership change does not trigger any change to:
- investments held by Skerryvore funds;
- fees and charges;
- administration or custody;
- Skerryvore’s investment personnel, investment philosophy or strategy;
- the majority equity stake held by the Skerryvore investment team in the Skerryvore investment
management entity; or - unitholder rights or offer documents.
Bennelong Funds Management Ltd (a subsidiary of BFMG) remains the responsible entity for all Skerryvore funds.
